產品品質有問題
得知您收到了有缺陷的產品，我們深感遺憾。請在購買後 14 天內發送電子郵件至 BALLADTFA@GMAIL.COM，並附上有問題產品的圖片，我們將與您聯繫以解決問題。
退貨處理時間
在退貨請申確定後，我們會盡快處理您的退貨申請，在收到相關的商品後，我們會在1-3個工作天內處理您的退款。如果您在退回商品 3天后仍未獲得退款，請與我們聯繫，並提供退貨收據中的郵資信息證明，我們將對此進行進一步調查。
追踪退貨狀態
當我們收到您的退貨件，您將收到一封電郵收件確認通知。當安排退款後，您還會收到電郵退款確認通知。請注意，付款可能需要 3-5 個工作日才能顯示在您的帳戶中，具體取決於發卡機構。
如有任何爭議，BALLAD TIME STUDIO擁有最終決定權。
Returns Policy
- Returned items must be purchased within 14 days and receipt
- Returned items must be undamaged
- Returned items must keep all tags attached and be in original packaging
- Returned items must be returned to our returns centre

**Unless there is a quality issue, consumer will bear all the cost caused by return process.
**Any artificial damaged items will not be accepted in this return policy.
Quality Issue
We would like to apologise for any quality issue. Please send us email BALLADTFA@GMAIL.COM with photo proof of the defective items within 14 days of purchase. We will contact you to follow up the case.
Return Process Timeline
We will process your return application as soon as possible after the return application is confirmed. After receiving the relevant items, we will process your return within 1-3 working days. If you have not received the email after 3 days of returning the item, please contact us and provide proof of postage information from the return receipt for our further investigation.
Return Status
We will send you a confirmation email after received the returned items. After the refund has been arranged, another conformation email will be sent to you. Please note that payments may take 3-5 business days to appear in your account, depending on the card issuer.
**In case of any dispute in return policy, BALLAD TIME STUDIO has the right of final decision.
